This is an open letter currently on the Internet with links attached.

I have posted a website titled “One Man’s Fight against

Corruption.”

“Episode 12” of this website is titled “The Corruption and Cover-up

involving Freeman Exposition Inc., OSHA of Nevada, Worker’s

Compensation of Nevada, Teamster Union Local 631, Nevada

Department of Administration and the Eighth Judicial District.”

If you “Google” Gregory A. Krohn”, this “Open Letter” is on the

first page.

If you “Google” Nevada Department of Administration an “Open

Letter” to Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval is on the first page. -

“Episode 12” of “One Man’s Fight against Corruption” includes

your involvement and your participation of the corruption and cover-up

involving the crushing injury to my left foot.

“Decision and Order” states,

“The Appeals Officer concludes that the credible evidence in the

record supports a denial of reopening since claimant has not met his

burden of proof by a preponderance of the credible medical evidence to

show a change of circumstance and that the need for further care is

primarily related to the work injury.”

“The claimant was examined by Doctor Carl Smith on November 4,

2008 for left ankle arthritis and osteoarthritis.

This is a fraudulent statement contained in your “Decision and

Order.

At no time was I ever examined for left ankle arthritis and

osteoarthritis by any Doctor let alone Doctor Carl Smith!

In this “Decision and Order” you state “an MRI of the left ankle

was done.”

You fail to expand upon the fact that “Doctor” Raissi fraudulently

informed me that Workmen’s Compensation does not provide for an

MRI with the accompaniment of a radiologists report.

This MRI was done of my left foot, why did you repeatedly refer to

my left ankle, when it was never an issue?

I never ever complained of ankle pain and subsequently I never

received any treatments of any kind for my left ankle!

This had been repeatedly made clear to you.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) may show problems that

cannot be seen with other imaging methods to include x-rays.

An MRI is actually done more commonly than other tests to check

for bone and joint problems including x-rays.

The MRI was taken of my left foot with the subsequent radiologist

report indicating additional injuries to my left foot as a result of the

crushing injury.

Two separate podiatrists supported the radiologist report that there

were in fact injuries in addition to the fractured metatarsal bones and

toes.

“Decision and Order” further states that “The Appeals Officer

found that Doctors Smith and Federico’s attempts to establish causation

were not credible.”

Who the hell do you think you are?

You are clearly labeling two Las Vegas physicians that I respected

admire as liars!

If the radiologist report was presented to 20 different podiatrists,

they would all have come up with precisely the same conclusion!

“Decision and Order” further states “on October 6, 2009 Dr. Raissi

indicated that “No further treatment was needed.”

On this date, I personally went to Desert Orthopedic to get my

medical records which is my right!

I waited in the lobby for over one hour, then I was handed a faxed

prescription from “Doctor” Raissi indicating “No further treatment is

needed” and then they refused to give me my medical records!

When “doctor” Raissi faxed this note he had not seen me for 17

months!

Over a year prior to this date, “Doctor” Raissi had in fact refused to

see me when the pain and swelling of my foot worsened!

I was abandoned by this Doctor!

The PPD evaluation performed by out-of-state Doctor Dickman was

seriously flawed.

He had absolutely no medical records of any kind during this

evaluation and he most certainly did not have a radiologist report.

“Decision and Order” states, “The Claimant requested, in writing

that his claim be reopened more than a year after the claim had been

closed.

Therefore, (NRS codes) provides:

1. If an application to reopen a claim to increase or rearrange

compensation is made in writing more than one year after the date on

which the claim was closed, the insurer shall reopen the claim if:

(a) a change of circumstances warrants an increase or

arrangement of compensation during the life of the claimant.

(b) the primary cause of the change of circumstances is the

injury for which the claimant was originally made; and

(c) the application is accompanied by the certificate of a

physician or chiropractor showing a change of circumstances which in

would warrant an increase or rearrangement of compensation.

The information provided by two separate podiatrists clearly

supports this NRS code on all three levels!

Furthermore, I contacted the “Third-Party Administrator and

“Specialty Risk Services and informed them less than one-month after I

accepted lump-sum payment that the swelling was much worse and that

the pain was severe.

I was informed by “Specialty Risk Services”, that I would have to

wait one year before I could submit an application to reopen my claim in

writing!

This was a full-blown lie by this Third-Party Administrator!

Why would I have waited over one year when I had already

received treatments for my left foot from Doctor Carl Smith?

There is absolutely no other reason why I would have waited one

year before I acted to reopen my claim!

What has been transpiring is that I have been confronted with

trained and professional tricksters, cheats and liars like yourself!

I have stated many times in court documents and in articles that I

have written that “Nevada government reeks of corruption and that

corruption is rampant!”

Mister, you are a prime example of that corruption!

The intent of this open letter is to expose you for the trickster, cheat

and liar that you are!

James R. Aymann (Jim) is not an attorney, he is a worker.

We believe that these stories are both timely and compelling.

James R. Aymann (Jim) is a combat veteran of the Vietnam War

with a service connected disability and he celebrated his 71st birthday a

few days ago.

In August 2014, Jim created the website-

In the past year alone, (July 2015 – July 2016) this website has had

over 14,000 visits, to include Europe, Asia, Latin America, Australia,

New Zealand with a following from China, Ukraine and Brazil.

To date, Jim has no accounting for visits by mobile phones and

backdoor visits that include phrases and this is without the aid of press

releases, networking, advertising etc.

Jim has also received hundreds of favorable emails in reference to

this website from all over the world.

What is interesting is that Jim has essentially added nothing to this

website in the past year.

However, Jim has posted several articles on the Internet under

pseudonyms.

There is a populist movement that is sweeping across this country!

This movement is deeply factionalized with progressive sentiments

at one end of the spectrum and reactionary sentiments at the other end

The common theme and the common thread that runs through this

movement is the complete and total disgust by the populace involving the

corruption in the private sector (big business) and the corresponding

corruption of government at all levels that includes all branches.

To begin with, Jim will present the argument that the legal industry

throughout the State of Nevada may be the most corrupt in the USA and

that the culture of Las Vegas may be the most predatory and corrupt in

the USA.

CORRUPTION IN THE NEVADA LEGAL INDUSTRY

Based on personal experiences,

Jim submits that this writer nailed it!

Nevada received a failing grade of “F” and is

fifth from the bottom amongst all 50 states!

Public access to information, political financing, electoral

oversight, Legislative accountability, Judicial accountability,

procurement, internal auditing, lobbying disclosure, ethical enforcement

agencies, ad infinitum received failing grades in the State of Nevada!

To be blunt, Nevada industry, to include lawyers, in conjunction

with Nevada State Government at all levels is a labyrinthine sewer of

corruption and deception draining into a cesspool and that cesspool are

the Nevada courts at all levels! Are you getting the picture yet!

In theory, if an individual has a collection of supportable facts ad

infinitum, then the opposing party in an adversarial setting is lying and

cannot prevail.

In reality, in the state of Nevada supportable facts are meaningless

unless you are connected open parentheses big business, affluence,

hotshot lawyers, relatives etc.) You cannot prevail with any state agency

in the State of Nevada, end of story!

Every year tens of thousands of hard-working, taxpaying and law-

abiding Nevada residents are victimized in an extremely predatory

private sector.

When these victims appeal to law enforcement or to virtually any

other county and/or state agency and ultimately to the court system at all

levels, they will be victimized again and again and again and again ad

infinitum!

Gallup conducted a poll last year whereby they determined that

“Three in four Americans (75%) last year perceived corruption as

widespread in the country’s government!)

This poll is an indication that government on the federal level is

perceived to be both rampant and pervasive!

In Nevada however, a more accurate figure would be 95% or 19 out

of 20 Nevadans perceiving corruption as widespread in Nevada

government! (5% are either corrupt government officials or the

individuals that benefit from this corruption)
