The funnel shape of the building creates natural shelter which achieves optimum energy performance by minimizing the surface area exposed to direct sun light, while the balconies maintain the characteristic of each apartment. Each of the balconies will have more than 270 degree extensive views. The various depths of the balconies develop the parabolic curves of the building profile. Each of the balconies contains flower beds and decks with evergreen plants, providing fresh air to the residents. Beyond its technological innovations, Vasukamal also sought to harmonies the natures aesthetic sensibilities, particularly through the use of water features.
