Sickness & Distress: Phoenix Bridegroom: July 27, 2015: This week Phoenix saw her stem cell team at Riley Hospital

and they said she is still doing great! All her blood counts continue to show healthy, cancer-free, donor

blood. Hallelujah! Her skin has healed completely from her rash. She will restart her anti-cancer med,

Tasigna, at a lower dose, as soon as it arrives in the mail. Next week she will have an EEG in hopes of

discontinuing her anti-seizure med. Each week brings progress! Thank you for keeping Phoenix in

your prayers!

Update July 7, 2015: Hello friends, Phoenix had a clinic visit at Riley Hospital today, and as you can

see from her photos below, an extravagant rash was the topic of the day. This rash (that is on the top of

her head, inside her ears, inside her mouth, and all over her body) is a common side effect of the drug

Tasigna. Due to the nature of this drug we cannot just switch her to something else, and we know she

needs to be taking it daily for years. The key will be to find the proper dosage for her body...and this is

clearly much too much. All of Phoenix's blood work and chemistries were perfection (actually

"normal") today and so the plan is to hold the Tasigna for 2 weeks, allow her skin to heal, and restart

the drug at 25% of the current dosing.

Even though she is uncomfortable and itchy, Phoenix is still doing fantastic and having a great

summer! Thank you for caring and praying for my sweet girl.

Ciano B. Fernandini: Brethren, I would like to ask if you please keep my son Carlos Ciano in your

Prayers, He is 30 years old and suffered a car accident yesterday in Peru.

“Grief can take care of itself, but to get the full value of a joy you must have somebody to divide it

with.” ― Mark Twain

Indiana Deaths: James L. Dove, KCT, PGC: July 29, 2015: Sad day for Bonnie and I. On our way shortly to see our

Great Grandson Corbin Daniel Dove to be buried at Oak Grove Cemetery. We ask all our friends to

say a prayer for him, my Grandson Ryan and Granddaughter Amber.
