The business was in charge of ensuring different flights landed safely and departed on schedule. My role included:

Handling baggage from departing passengers. Key skills learnt from this occupation were the ability to work well in a large team of people and perform tasks quickly and efficiently. Sharp verbal communication skills were required as it was vital that each team member knew precisely the tasks to be performed

Elements of this job have also taught me to act intuitively in the event of flight disruptions

The company sells bikes, parts and accessories and also provides a maintenance service for bicycles. My role included:

Serving customers with excellent customer service skills and the knowledge to repair customer's bikes to their request. I was also in charge of answering the telephone regarding MOT and this has taught me to be articulate and have excellent manners

Main Achievements

Capita has recently awarded me a Star Award for recognition of my performance throughout the last year including my high degree of quality/production and also my ability to manage my case work load efficiently under strict timescales.

During my employment with Tesco, I received on two separate occasions an award equivalent to employee of the month due to my hard work ethic and commitment shown by the amount of overtime worked.

Personal Interests

Travelling and seeing other countries, for example last year I travelled to Croatia by car with a group of friends, whilst visiting many other European countries. This also links in with another passion of mine which is music, as the reason we did this was to go to a festival abroad

I am a very athletic person and frequently go to the gym and take part in group sports such as football
