James & Alicia’s Love StoryJames and Alicia became engaged in Cancun Mexico two years before they married

on 9th June 2017. After viewing other venues, they knew that the right choice for them

was Ellenborough Park. “We fell in love the moment we arrived!”

Their Wedding breakfast menu choices consisted of Ham Hock, Baby

Leek Terrine and South Coast Crab Cake for starters, followed by mains

of Roast Fillet of Beef, Breast of Corn Fed Chicken served with fondant

potato, savoy cabbage and glazed vegetables.

To finish their guests indulged in Glazed Lemon Tart and White

Chocolate Cheesecake. Choosing their menu was one of the hardest

decisions they had to make. “We loved everything at the tasting, but we

tried to please the majority of our guests and we feel we achieved that

thanks to our guests having a choice.” Their guests enjoyed their meals

with beautiful centrepiece decorations that were a mixture of high and

low displays of white and nude peonies, hydrangeas and roses.

Taking to the floor for their first dance, the bride and groom held each

other close as their family and friends gazed on, covering them in

confetti to the smooth and romantic tones of L-O-V-E by Nat King Cole.

For them, the whole experience was faultless.
