Press hard with the thumb pads of both hands simultaneously three inches below the kneecap and 1 inch lateral on the tibia (5) & (6). Press hard in and out 36 times.

Instructions Hold the base of the penis firmly with the index finger and thumb of the right hand, with the remaining fingers resting on the testicles. Dragon Pressing Its Head This method consists of squeezing and pulling the penis. This aids in bringing more blood into the three chambers and glans penis. It also helps in stretching the penis outward. Instructions Hold the base of the penis firmly with the right hand, just as in the previous exercises. This time, take the left hand and press the thumbs and index finger firmly against the front and back of the penis. Then as if squeezing toothpaste from a tube, bring the hand up just below the head of the penis and hold it there firmly. Then with some force, try to flex the muscle of the glands penis nine times to expand it. Do this 36 times, holding firmly with the left-hand fingers, and then switch hands an flex 36 more times, holding the penis with the right-hand fingers.

Dragon Stretches Its Claws This method is an extension of the previous one and is primarily performed to stretch the three chambers fully. The technique is basically a pulling down and back with one hand, while pulling up and out with the other, thus stretching the penis. Instructions Hold the base of the penis with the right hand as in the previous exercises. Then take the left hand and grasp somewhat firmly around the underside of the glans penis with the index and thumb. Simultaneously pull outward and up with the left hand and down and back with the right hand, as if pulling something apart. Then slide the hands towards each other to release the pressure before stretching the penis again. Do this 36 times, switch the position of the hands and perform another 36 pulling repetitions.

Dragon Holding Breath This method is primarily for lengthening the penis and enlarging the glans penis. It makes use of both squeezing and holding blood into the head of the penis. Instructions Again, firmly hold the base of the penis with the right hand index finger and thumb. Take the left hand index finger and thumb and firmly grip the underside of the glans penis, pulling the penis slightly outward and up. Dragon Entering the Bamboo Stalk This method is for widening the penis shaft. It makes use of rolling the penis shaft between the two palms of the hands. Instructions Place the palms of both hands alongside the penis shaft. Starting from the base of the penis begin to vigorously rolling hand putting inward pressure on the penis between the palms, moving the hands upward along the shaft to the underside of the glans penis. Dragon Stokes Its Whiskers This method is for enlarging the glans penis and for lengthening the penis shaft. It makes use of rolling the palm over the glans penis. Instructions Hold the base of the penis with the right hand as in the previous exercises. Then take the left palm and swipe it firmly over the glans penis. When swiping the hand over the head of the penis, pull and press, and stretch down as fas as possible without causing pain.
