Became the first man in the history of my category to break 17 minutes for 5,000 meters, which was a record held by a Bulgarian since 2001. Broke all 3 world records at Penn Individually won the 2016 Indoor Rowing World Championships in Boston, MA this February. Had the single fastest time for 2,000 meters of any collegiate lightweight in the world: 6:14.0. First time a Penn Lightweight has even won Won the 2014 national championships (Eastern Sprints Regatta) with my crew in Worcester, MA. Also set the all-time course record with our first place finish. First time Penn won nationals in this category in 47 years 35 hours/week of time commitment for training, conditioning, practice, leadership meetings, etc. United States U23 National Rowing Team May-August, 2015 Competed in the 2015 U23 World Rowing Championships in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Trained with the Olympic team in Philadelphia, PA and Princeton, New Jersey.
