OPERATIONS LOGBOOKprovides an efficient system for recording and classifying all
operational events. Classification is made according to area, type of
information, status, etc.
The Logbook, which can accept manual or automatic entries, collects event notifications from various sources such as the DCS and Historian.
Logs are searchable, reportable, printable and integrated with other operational applications.

SHIFT HANDOVERprovides a framework for secure and consistent shift-to-shift
communication.
The application allows operators to attach a detailed set of relevant data to each handover including real-time data, incidents and near misses, instructions, LIMS data, and checklists.
The application also provides a report containing relevant shift information which can be automatically emailed to stakeholders. Handovers are consistent and help the facility meet plant specific and regulatory requirements.

management of operational and contractor tasks.
Tasks can be ad-hoc or scheduled (planned) to be carried out in each operating area in the plant.
Tasks are easily standardized via templates, and the status of each instruction/task is tracked and reported on to all relevant personnel.

The system tracks each group member and provides periodic reminders when necessary. Each order remains in effect until its expiration date.
