That's Just Ducky
Some of you have reported seeing a cute little family of
ducks waddling about in the park. So please keep this in
mind when out driving your golf cart or car.
May is the time of year when it's nice to “stop and smell the
roses” and appreciate the beautiful flowers blooming
throughout the park. It's also nice to compliment your
neighbors for all of the hard work they put into growing
the beautiful flowers.
Remember, your Rincon experience is what you make it!
Denise Augustine,
General Manager of Rincon Country MHP
Just For the Fun of It
As Tucson's lovely spring weather continues, our hope is
that all will be inspired to get outside and enjoy working
in their yards (we thank you for pulling those pesky
weeds); walking their furry friends (we thank you for
cleaning up after their little droppings); and visiting with
their neighbors along the way. It is also our hope that this
lovely weather will serve to entice us to try new things as
well as explore what's happening around the community.
In regards to trying new things, we are happy to introduce
a “Who Is It?” feature in our Rincon Views. In this section
we will begin showcasing a picture a month of one of the
residents from their younger days (20's) for all to guess
who the resident is. Thus we would appreciate it if you
would bring in younger pictures of yourselves for us to
showcase. This feature is scheduled to be launched in
June. We think this will be an entertaining addition to the
Rincon Views as we go down memory lane “just for the
fun of it.”
Friendly Reminders
Since we made mention of our furry friends above, we
would like to remind residents that pets are not allowed in
the community center or the pool common areas. Your
considerate cooperation with this reminder is much
appreciated as this kindly allows residents with allergies
to continue to enjoy these amenities. Further, pets are not
allowed on the common area and boulevard grassy areas.
For the safety of all residents, we would like to remind
everyone that the speed limit in the park is 10 M.P.H.
Additionally, we ask that you please observe all stop signs
and refrain from going the wrong way on the boulevard.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation with this
very important request.
Please don't leave yard trimmings outside the fence of the
roll-off. As a reminder, the maintenance staff will drive the
park on Monday mornings to pick up any yard trimmings.
Just remember to place them at your curb the day before in
easy to manage bundles or bags. Your cooperation with
this arrangement is appreciated.
This is the time of year when snakes and black widow
spiders start emerging, so please beware when out walking
and working in your yards. We want you to be safe.
