Dear Fellow Members,
It is both an honor and a privilege to be taking over as President of the IWCP for the term 2019-2021. As a longstanding member of the IWCP I have had the wonderful opportunity to be a part of an organization comprised of accomplished global women celebrating “friendship, cooperation and understanding” and seeing our membership grow. Please join me in extending a warm welcome to our newest members. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank our Past President, Helga Ruus-Neubert, whose leadership over the last seven years has be invaluable to the IWCP. We will continue to welcome Helga’s ongoing support. With Fall arriving, the Board has been busy planning a range of great events including excursions, pot-lucks, and happy hours to name a few. Thank-you Annette Meertz for continuing in her position as Director of Programs and also the entire Board who continue to volunteer their time and share their collective knowledge and skills so we can all enjoy some terrific events and manage all the “behind the scenes” aspects of maintaining an organization. Our new website iwcp.wildapricot.org is also a valuable resource in connecting with fellow members and calendar of events. We will kick off the new year with our Welcome Back Luncheon at Branzino on September 24. I look forward to seeing many of you there. Warm Regards, Kathryn Bessemer
