registered company in Thailand having its operations across Asia pacific with Headquarters

in Bangkok. IVBE is established as a provider of higher education and training services.

IVBE’s current significant activities:

1) Regents International College, Bangkok: First centre for UK based degree

programmes in Thailand. Regents international College is IVBE’s flagship project.

2) Authorised representative of Pearson Qualifications in Thailand. Mainly BTEC

(Business & Technical Education Council) and LCCI (London Chamber of Commerce and

Industries)

3) British College in SPU University Thailand. IVBE has entered into a Joint venture with

SPU to open a British College within the SPU University Thailand.

4) Projects with Ministry of Education Thailand with OVEC (office of the vocation

education commission) Thailand.: Teacher Training

5) IVBE Corporate training and CPD (continuous professional development)

1. Regents International College, Bangkok is IVBE’s flagship

project.

RIC (Regent’s International College) is a further education college in Bangkok, Thailand

offering students a range of different UK qualifications: Certificates, Diplomas and degree

programmes

RIC is the registered centre in Thailand for the University of London’s International

Programmes, offering four BSc degrees in the field of Economics, Management, Finance

and Social Studies (EMFSS) with all academic direction provided by the London School of

Economics and Political Science (LSE):

BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance

BSc (Hons) Banking and Finance

BSc (Hons) Business and Management

BSc (Hons) Economics and Management

RIC is also the first institute in Thailand to be approved by Edexcel, the UK’s largest

awarding body to offer the BTEC (Business and Technical Education Council)

qualifications. BTEC courses are currently offered in:

Business Studies

Hospitality Management

RIC offers a ‘2+1 Degree programme’. On completion of the BTEC HND at RIC, students

can progress onto the final year of an undergraduate degree course at a UK university or

the third year of a degree course at any other international university accepting the HND.

Pearson is one of the biggest Education and

Publication company in the world.

Pearson commissioned IVBE to promote its BTEC Qualification in Thailand.

One of the main agendas under the agreement was to get endorsement and

approval from Ministry of Education (Thailand) to operate BTEC qualifications

in Thailand

3. Opening British College in SPU University Thailand. IVBE has entered into a Joint

CPD Classroom is a distinctive platform for senior executives and business owners for

continuous professional development. The CPD classrooms aim to help individuals

understand and plan business activities through academic theories and by adopting a

scientific approach.

CPD: Continuing Professional Development is the term used to describe the learning

activities professional’s engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. It enables learning

to become conscious and proactive, rather than passive and reactive.
