This is an overview of the monthly e-billing and payment process.

Once registered, you are billed Nonresident Undergraduate (or Graduate) Fees for tuition, mandatory fees, course-related fees, and optional fees (such as football tickets, donations, or Auditorium tickets)

A new bursar account statement has been added to your IU QuikPAY account. Your statement is available by visiting OneStart at https://onestart.iu.edu . Click on ‘login’ button. Enter your IU network Username and Passphrase. On the Student Self-Service tab, select ‘View/Pay Bursar Bill’ in the Student Information snapshot. Then follow the on-line instructions. For more detailed instructions or additional information regarding QuikPAY, please refer to your campus bursar’s office web site. NOTE: This message was automatically generated. Please do not respond to this e-mail address: it is used only by an automated system and is not monitored for responses.

Read instructions for transferring payment from your home bank to your IU bursar account
Enable pop-ups on your computer
Click link “HERE” to go to Travelex web site to initiate a payment

Personal Deferment Option (PDO) is IU’s payment plan; option to make partial payments by the 10th of each month by paying Minimum Due amount
Pay the exact Minimum Due from the e-bill by the due date
Remaining balance is deferred to the next monthly e-bill
Service fee for paying by Minimum Due is noted on the e-bill
Service fee included in Minimum Due calculation
Account remains in good standing
No Late Payment Fee assessed
You can always pay the Total Due in full
NOTE: First bill for Spring 2013 is generated in November and will be due December 10, 2012.

Personal Deferment Option (PDO)
Failure to pay your IU bursar bill by the due date could result in the following:
Late fee penalties assessed each month (1.5% of amount past due)
Holds on your records – no transcripts, certifications, future enrollment
Eviction from the dorm, court appearance and judgment
Collection efforts including third party agencies, credit bureau reporting and legal action
Keep your financial aid eligibility – maintain academic requirements for awards
Beware of Consequences!
