Now, take into account the distance parameter: wash, dry and iron the linen far away from the place where

it was dirtied and where it will be reuse, could compromise the hygienic effect reached by the professional treatment as well as have a negative influence on the wellness of our Planet. Have you ever thought about how much CO2 the transport of linen (clean and dirty) can generate? immediately clear even to those who doesn’t work in this sector, the next three

points further confirm them.

Taylor made service. An indoor laundry offers a custom-ized service in which there isn’t the risk to pay neither too much nor too little (with high probability to loss quality). the dosage of detergents. What would happen if your needs change over

Versatile, efficient and professional: the EXTRA SMALL size

is small only in the amount of linen treated daily. Talking

about the performance, instead, it responds effectively to the

needs of facilities such as B&B, wine-bar or small restaurants,

working every day, about 30 kg of linen. Grandimpianti models

included in this category are GH6 washing machine, GD6 dryer

and flatwork ironers with a roller with 18 cm of diameter. This

size can be used in small coin laundries of residences, campsites,

holiday homes, social housing, etc.

Thereupon the XS size we treat linen loads up to 50 ÷ 60

kg per day. S size, indeed, offers more equipment able

to deal with different type of loads at the same time, or just

one washing machine and one dryer. These type of devices

can be used in small business sectors with special needs such

as exclusive restaurants with a few seats, but a wide variety of

fabrics and different types of dirt; B&B, fitness centres, SPAS, or

as a complement to large laundries. In this case we propose the

Small PRO series of washing machine and flatwork ironers with

diameter from 18 up to 25 cm. This solution can also be used in

coin laundries of campsites, holiday homes, social housing, etc.

FULL-SIZES FOR EXTRA LARGE NEEDS

If you need to work with large amounts of linen the EXTRA

LARGE size is the best solution for you: big dimension without

losing quality and versatility. This category, which allows reaching

440 ÷ 450 kg treated per shift, is composed of large capacity

washing machine as WFP models, 1090 or 1500 GDZ dryers and

ironers with 40 cm of roller diameter or calenders with diameter

of 30 - 50 cm. The XL size is perfect for hospitals, nursing homes,

accommodations, hotels, restaurants and industrial laundries.

In this case we are referring not only to large appliances, but

especially to customized solutions, designed to meet specific

client requirements such as shift work, space available, energy

resources, stock split or other specific needs. Everything without

reducing the quality and versatility that the previous smaller kit

can guarantee.

HERE THE CENTRAL MEASURES NEVER FAIL

With this category of equipment we fully enter into the

professional textile treatment and we can handle up to

100 ÷ 115 kg of laundry per shift. M size, therefore, provides

the connection of the appliance to the automatic dosing systems

for detergents, in addition allows the choice between high spin

speed or average speed washing machines that are ideal, i.e.,

aboard of ships. Drying focuses on performance models in terms

of time/cycle, while for the ironing phase we offer automatic

versions with intake fumes systems or adjustable roller speed.

We’re talking about the GWH, GWM and GWN washing

machines, GDZ dryers and ironers with a roller from 25 up to 30

cm of diameter. This size is best for self-service laundries, where

robustness and execution speed of washing and drying cycles

are crucial, together with costs control.

Do you need to handle more than 100 ÷ 115 kg of laundry?

No problem. Let’s move onto the L kit that allows to work

up to 180-190 kg of laundry per shift. In this version the washing

machines are connected to automatic dosing systems and you

can choose between high or average spin speed models, the

latter are ideal aboard of small or medium-sized boats. Drying

phase, instead, focuses on machines that can provide high

benefits in terms of time/cycle. Ironing, finally, offers automatic

equipment with the intake fumes systems or adjustable roller

speed. Naturally that level of production load can be satisfied

with single machines or several equipment with intermediate

load capacities. We’re talking about WFM washing machines,

GDZ and EB41 dryers, and flatwork ironers with roller between

30 - 40 cm of diameter.

Ironing is the latest and perhaps the most delicate phase of the textile treatment, so if it isn’t

perfect can compromise the entire process: it should be flawless, smooth and without defects

because the quality of ironing can be seen, but above all, touched. For this reason, this phase

requires the continuous presence of the operator and, therefore, equipment not only efficient

but also ergonomic to guarantee high comfort. Don’t forget that fabrics can be different for

types and sizes: this requires additional flexibility. Grandimpianti has solved the challenge

with some innovative solutions and modularity, using the right materials, such as the extrud-

ed and anodized aluminium. This material al-

lows achieving perfect and durable ironing

surfaces, even at high temperatures, and re-

sults without compromises.
