Enjoy an island day cruise which includes, snorkelling from the beach and from a glass bottom boat, swim, explore or laze on the beach. Learn basket weaving, visit turtles etc. Includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and use of all non-motorised sports

Rental vehicle quotes are based on drivers 25 years or older – please contact us regarding drivers under 25 years of age as there is an additional fee

There will be a $50.00 fee per person for any flight and/or itinerary changes once deposits are paid. Any additional flight costs will be charged

The price is only guaranteed once the deposit has been paid

If group numbers increase or flights are split, there will be an additional fee from the airline, which will be charged accordingly

Independent return flights can be split out of the group. An additional fee of $70.00 per person plus any increase in flight costs will be charged, if any

1. REGISTER YOUR GROUP2. REGISTER YOUR TEAMS

Upon registration of your group, you will be sent an email with a link to provide the details of your teams, players and officials.

3. PASSPORTS (FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLING TEAMS) – photocopies need to be handed to teachers/leaders to check spelling of names and expiry date. We are required to advise that the expiry date on your passport must be SIX MONTHS past the date you will be returning into your country (we will send you a spreadsheet from your airline to fill in)

4. INSURANCE FORMS – required in case of injury before you travel or if someone in your group cannot travel (Please enter names and dates of birth on your group’s online registration)

5. 60 DAYS BEFORE TRAVEL (we will send you forms and reminders for the below)

In the unfortunate case a person has to cancel or changes have to be made,here is the procedure

All cancellations must be made in writing.• The best option is to replace the person to avoid any loss.• If airline tickets have been issued the cost is $50.00 for a change of name on the

ticket.• The cancellation policy is based on your tour cost, less the below:-

• Deposits are non-refundable

• 14 weeks from travelless 30% of tour cost paid per travelling person - subject to numbers that are reduced

• 10 weeks from travelless 50% of tour cost paid per travelling person

• 6 weeks from travelless 75% of tour cost paid per travelling person
