Dear Member Spotlight Exhibitor, Thank you for participating in the 2016 Member Spotlight! We wanted to send you a few items to help you prepare for the Member Spotlight this Thursday, April 21. Items you will need/need to know: Name Badge Form (please return to us by 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 18 if you want printed name tags) Member Spotlight Checklist Poster to promote the event FaceBook Event (help promote the event!) If you would like to have printed nametags for this event, please complete the name badge form or you can bring your own. If we don’t have this form by 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 18, then you will not have printed name badges during this event. We've included a checklist of items you may want to bring and an 8.5" x 11" poster that you can hang up and distribute to help us promote the event. Spread the word that you're going to be there! The registration table will be located in Ramada’s conference center entrance. Programs and maps will be available for pick-up showing your table location. Exhibitor information will be located on your table. Also, we have included some tips that will help you with your Member Spotlight experience…

Member Spotlight Tips: Promote!Consider sending out announcements to existing and potential customers/clients to help create interest in the event and draw more attendees. If you use social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc…) consider letting your audience know you’re going to be there and encourage them to attend.

Stand, don't sit…

This event is within a short period of time to catch the attendee’s attention! If you're sitting, you could give the impression that you don't care about the attendees and aren't excited about your own business. If you must sit, be engaging and approachable! We do not provide chairs for this reason, however if you request a chair, we can accommodate you, we just ask that you please let us know prior to the event if you need a chair for your table.

Greet Everyone…A simple "hello" and a smile as the attendees pass by your booth could entice them to stop. Don’t let your body language turn people away from your table. You don’t get another chance to make a first impression.

Turn off your cell phone…This allows you to give your full attention to the attendees stopping by or passing by your table

**Remember: Move in times are between 1:00 – 4:15 p.m. All booths must be set-up and ready to go no later than 4:30 p.m. The Spotlight begins at 5:00 p.m.

Please list the names of the people who will staff your table at the CBICC’s Member Spotlight on Thursday, April 21. Nametags will be delivered to your table prior to the start of the event. Each exhibitor will be allotted two (2) complimentary attendee spots for individuals staffing their table. Additional attendees, beyond the complimentary spots, must register for the Business After Hours Member Spotlight and will be charged $5 for attendance.
