does not match with the field observations of Tribal Coordinator
– Mandal Parishad Primary schools have not been covered in the format
• Some of the toilets are not maintained or have bushes around them preventing access
• Door repair work is required in some of the schools
* - SSA (RVM) sent a toilet inspection format on 3rd May to PO RVMs & PO ITDAs, the format is attached on the last slide
Main points observed….
• Sanitation Format (covering all schools) not yet sent from PO ITDA to PO RVM office
• Tribal ATR** (Action Taken report) is not being filled, the same was informed to PO RVM
• AAMO to be allotted a vehicle for 10 days of field visit as per the November proceeding
• PO RVM and PO ITDA to meet every month (at least once)• MRPs and MEOs to send their issues in ATR format (Nov
proceeding) to RVM district office• Parents are sending their children to Private Schools (Rs
25,000/year) as teacher attendance is an issue• Teachers are coming to the schools from far off
places, which is acting as a constraint, as they come late and leave early from schools
* - SSA (RVM) sent a ATR format on 3rd May to PO RVMs & PO ITDAs, the format is attached on the last slide
