THE BONK SHOW is a high-energy, fast-paced, innovative mix of stand-up and situationalcomedy delivered in a game show format. The standard show comes complete with hilariousprizes and props, a fully computerized set, sound system, BONK Babe and a professionalcomedy host who will keep your audience rolling in the aisles. During the show contestants will be challenged to answer trivia questions, unscramblepuzzles and possibly even dance the Macarena. Unlike regular game shows where you "buzzin" to answer a question, contestants use a large soft mallet to "BONK" themselves on thehead to qualify. Questions range from absurdly simple and silly to challenging and arealways humorous, not to mention the hilarious "trick" questions that THE BONK SHOW isfamous for. We like to say that BONK is the perfect team-building, stress reducing, all-purpose, effective,funny, unforgettable event experience you’ll find anywhere. HOW THE GAME IS PLAYED

Your management team, your salespeople or whomever you designate become contestantsin each of three rounds of BONK. Three contestants are asked trivia questions. Thesequestions range from the challenging to the silly and are always humorous. Our regularquestions are interspersed with event specific questions related to the product or subjectmatter that is at the heart of the evening. In this way BONK is the perfect, fun approach todrive home the evening’s central theme.

But BONK is more than just a funny Jeopardy. A better description would be - Jeopardymeets the Three Stooges. That’s because rather than hit a buzzer to get the opportunity toanswer a question for points, contestants must hit themselves over the head with a mallet.Don’t worry they wear helmets. And inside the helmets are sensors which set off the lightsand bells and locks out opponents as soon as someone “BONKS in.” Points are awarded forcorrect answers, deducted for incorrect answers and the low score is eliminated at the end ofthe first round.

The two remaining players get to play “Back BONK.” This second round allows the players tobonk the other person. By doing so they force their opponent to answer a question or performsome indignity, like playing air guitar or dancing the Macarena. Points are scored if youropponent is incorrect when they have been “back BONKed.” This round provides for evenmore spirited bonking than the first round.

While the audience will be spiritedly rooting for or against their colleagues, they will alsoremain involved by virtue of the “Bonus BONKs.” Everyone holds a ticket and at randomtimes throughout the game, a number is chosen and the person with the number gets toanswer a question on behalf of one of the players and win a prize for themselves.

The winners of each of three games return for the “BONK Bash.” This one round free-for-alldecides the BONK champion. A prize can be awarded – appropriate for the evening.Consolation prizes are given to all the losers. These are gag gifts ranging from ceramicchickens to light switches. Or they may be company products or even competitor’s productspresented in a humorous vein.
