We’re looking for organizations and local businesses to participate in our annual Trunk-or-Treat! Decorate your cars and hand out treats from your trunk. Children dress in their favorite Halloween costume and trick-or-treat from trunk to trunk collecting candy and enjoying your creativity. Trunks can be as elaborate or as simple as you wish. You can go with a Halloween theme, sports, exotic locations, animals and more! With the focus on children, please refrain from any extremely spooky or gruesome decorations. This event is held in conjunction with the annual community event, Halloween at Hagan.

WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO BE SET UP?Set up will be from 3 - 4 p.m. All cars MUST be in their spots by 4 p.m. For the safety of our guests and staff, there are no early outs. Thank you for understanding.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RESERVE A SPOT?There is no fee to reserve a spot. The only cost for your organization would be any decorations, treats and/or prizes passed out.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?Each car is responsible for providing their

own decorations, treats and/or prizes. Please do not bring homemade goodies or items with open packaging. Individually packaged treats only. Please note: For this event, the use of pop up shade tents (E-Z Up canopies) is prohibited due to fire code.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF PARTICIPATING?Trunk-or-treat events provide a safe and fun trick-or-treating experience for hundreds of youth in the area. It is an opportunity for organizations to share information with the community by having flyers and promotional items to pass out to attending families. Selling items or services on site is prohibited.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ATTEND THIS EVENT?In years past, approximately 2,000 people attend Halloween at Hagan.

IS THIS A CONTEST?This year trunk-or-treaters will vote on their favorite decorated trunk. Prizes will include an official bragging rights certificate and CRPD swag items.
