Confidential Information obtained from the Disclosing Party (GREEN LIGHT THINK TANK) are inclusive of
brochures and presentations, considering the high level of commercial and technical value of indications and
information included into these above cited documents.
Receiving Party shall carefully restrict access to Confidential Information to employees, contractors and third
parties as is reasonably required and shall require those persons to sign nondisclosure restrictions at least as
protective as those in this Agreement. Receiving Party shall not, without prior written approval of Disclosing
Party, use for Receiving Party's own benefit, publish, copy, or otherwise disclose to others, or permit the use
by others for their benefit or to the detriment of Disclosing Party, any Confidential Information. Receiving Party
shall return to Disclosing Party any and all records, notes, and other written, printed, or tangible materials in
its possession pertaining to Confidential Information immediately if Disclosing Party requests it in writing.

About Us
• The consortium was born because MONDIAL GIS (owned by Davide Aimeri) strongly wanted answer to his clients
with a complete environmental project from A to Z.
• Tradition - Territory – Internationality. MONDIAL GIS INTERNATIONAL is coming from AIMERI spa experience that it is an historical reality in the area of Piedmont (North West Italy), strongly rooted in its territory, a complete and vital expression in waste management field, of that fund of knowledge, work ethic, pragmatism and innovation that have always characterized this part of the Italian land. The affection to local and historical roots determine a solid foundation for MONDIAL GIS, but in the same way it has always wanted to propose ideas and innovations brought to the specific market in a more open context.
• MONDIAL GIS joined 8 leaders companies and became MONDIAL GIS GROUP in waste planning, management, building and construction of technologic plant able all together to answer to the complete Life Cycle Assessment of the environmental waste word.
This means consolidating MONDIAL GIS-GROUP’s with all his Partners in a strong
international soul, purposeful but attentive to the demands, needs and experiences of other
realities. More recently, in full consistency with this strategic line, the scope of the traditional
business of the Company, which has always been linked to the production of innovative
products for the collection of municipal solid waste, was integrated with other products and
other strategic objectives.
All this remains, however, within the “ecological” context ensuring Company’s ability to keep
pace with the evolution of a market in continuous becoming.
