My great Grandfather Amadeo Domenico Isidori was born in July 1897, in Campodonico, Italy. He came to America for a job. He sent the money back to his family. He built the house my grandpa & grandma are still living in today on Clark St. in Old Forge. He was a very well-liked man. He liked to play the guitar. He made wine. He was a good cook and that’s where my Uncle Frankie got it from. He also got his middle name from him too. I hope I’m a good cook like them.
