Job Level SeniorDescription 1. Implement and maintain all network, security, computer system and all IT-related
equipment to meet the organizations current and future requirements. 2. Managingand Administrating Active directory, file server. 3. Develop, Implement and monitorall IT policies. 4. Create all users, and the relevant policy and privacy profiles. 5.Maintain the IT operation of all users; Antivirus, internet, other applications. 6.Managing, Administrating and monitoring Web filter and firewall appliances. 7.Training users with IT related equipment and software. 8. Monitor and maintain theinternet connection. 9. Support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsiveand service oriented manner. 10. Responsible for the troubleshooting, installing, andimplementing of systems (mail server, Surveillance cameras, Photo copiers.). 11.Prepare the annual maintenance plan of all IT-related equipment and its execution.12. Develop and monitor performance levels of software and hardware and evaluate,recommend, and propose alternative methods of information processing. 13. Performdata backups and disaster recovery procedures. 14. Provide support, includingprocedural documentation and relevant reports.
Qualifications *BSc. Degree, preferable in computer science. *Working knowledge of ActiveDirectory, File Server, TCP/IP, Group Policy, Mail Server, firewall and web filtermanagement… *Working knowledge of win 7, Mac OS , Office, outlook, Printers,Photocopiers, Cameras(CCTV,IP Cam)… *Able to work under pressure and handlemulti -tasks. *At least 3 years of experience. *MCSA, A+ certified *Age should not bemore than 30 years.
