Facilitate and Inspire Student Learning and CreativityTeachers use their knowledge of subject matter, teaching and learning, and technology to facilitate experiences that advance student learning, creativity, and innovation in both face-to-face and virtual environments. Teachers:

a) promote, support, and model creative and innovative thinking and inventiveness.

b) engage students in exploring real-world issues and solving authentic problems using digital tools and resources.

c) promote student reflection using collaborative tools to reveal and clarify students' conceptual understanding and thinking, planning, and creative processes.

d) model collaborative knowledge construction by engaging in learning with students, colleagues, and others in face-to-face and virtual environments.

Examples:1. Concept Map- Students create and organize information in a creative way. View my wiki page link

below to see an example I made. http://pakerxiong.wikispaces.com/Concepts+Maps2. Team Viewer- Engages the students in working together and teaches them to use technology in virtual

Polls everywhere and Google docs are applications students can learn and use to present information. http://pakerxiong.wikispaces.com/Assessment

2. Interactive whiteboards: This page shows my exact ideas on how I would utilize interactive whiteboards. I give lesson ideas that help students who are visual and who need to read and write something to master the material. I also provide related articles for the children who need more guidance to learning how to use interactive whiteboards. http://pakerxiong.wikispaces.com/Interactive+Whiteboards
