HOW TO BOOK YOUR WEDDING IN FOUR EASY STEPS

• Fill out the Event Request form and return it to us (all requests are on a first-booked basis).

• If your chosen date and room block is available, then we will send you a Deposit Request form.

• A deposit is required to secure your wedding date, this deposit is non-refundable and will be placed on your

final wedding invoice.

The next step is booking your rooms directly with us or with your chosen travel professional.

YES! it’s that easy.

ONCE YOUR EVENT DEPOSIT HAS BEEN APPROVED AND YOUR DATE IS SECURE, YOU WILL RECEIVE

A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Whether you book directly with us or with your chosen travel agent, the first thing we must confirm is that you

have a room block for your guests.

• We require a minimum of 60% of the group to stay on property and a minimum of 70% in high season.

• You must have a signed event contract; event deposit and a signed room block to begin planning your event.

• If your group is smaller than 10 rooms, you must have your own personal room booked before planning starts.

NON-LEGALLY BINDING SYMBOLIC CEREMONY - CIVIL CEREMONIES

We include Non-Legal-Symbolic ceremonies with our wedding packages, and the wedding couple understands

that the Symbolic ceremony provided is not legally binding. If the wedding couple desires a Legal or Religious

ceremony, then it is the responsibility of the couple to ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted prior to arrival

and all government requirements are fully met. We will be pleased to send you the necessary requirements for

Civil Legal or Catholic ceremonies.

INCLEMENT WEATHER AND PLAN B LOCATIONS FOR EVENTS

In the unlikely event of inclement weather on the day of your event, we will ensure that your new venue is

decorated beautifully and exactly to your wedding package plans. In the case of unsure weather, you will be

notified a minimum of 5 hours prior or sooner, as this will allow our Food & Beverage and Operations teams

enough time to prepare everything and set it up for you. We have several indoor locations and romantic tropical

terraces that you will be shown during your romance meeting, upon arrival.
