ISV ONLINE  |   5

The scoring system in ISV Online gives you amore comprehensive picture of individual andgroup results. There are static and dynamicresults.

Overview scoring and basic details includingtime taken are shown in text. These are the staticresults and will never change.

The dials and graphs are dynamic results and may change over time as more people use thesystem. The score is proportional in relation tothe system wide maximum and minimum.

Each assessment is broken into disciplines or skillset areas. An individual's understanding of eacharea is measured to gauge comprehension.

The system percentile rank considers theindividual performance compared with the wholesystem. Percentile ranks are available for thesystem, company or a sub set like location orteam.

Create groups of people, perhaps teams or candidateswho have applied for a specific job role. Then compareindividual's skills to understand who is the best fit.

Your input on the reporting and scoring mechanism in ISV Online is the driving force behind our innovative system. Now that you can compare and analyse individual skill sets, you can get a feel for performance in your company using thepercentile ranks. From here, you can make informed choices.
