1. day
Dinner in typical Istrian restaurant. Overnight in ***hotel in Rabac.
2.day ISTRIAN PROSCIUTTO - WINE AND OLIVE OIL - PULA Breakfast. Visit Istrian prosciutto production and tasting prosciutto in Vodnjan.
Drive to Pula. Educational visit to one of the leading agricultural companies in Istria. Guided tour of the peaches and tomato plantations, olive grove, wine cellar and oil mill in Pula area. Tasting wine and olive oil. After visit, drive towards Pula. Sightseeing of Pula and entrance to the Roman
amphitheatre. Some free time for coffee or walk. Overnight in hotel.
3.day GOAT FARM - FISH FACTORY - RABAC
After breakfast, visit goat farm in Krnica and tasting of the goat cheese. Drive to Labin for visit of the fish factory. Guided tour of the modern plant and presentation about process of
salting, freezing, packaging and transporting the fish. Tasting anchovies and sardines. Short photo stop in Labin. Free afternoon in Rabac. Overnight in hotel.
4.day ISTRIAN OX - CAVE - ROVINJ
After breakfast, educational visit to the local farm with presentation about the Istrian ox called „Boskarin“ (in the area that is very quiet and suitable for quality rearing of the original Istrian ox).
Guided tour of ROVINJ - one of the most pitoresque Mediterranean towns. Overnight in hotel.
5.day PULA
After breakfast, check out and departure.
