INSTALLATION CHECKS YES NO01 Installed conduits and outlet boxes are as per approved material submittals.02 Sizes of installed conduits are as per approved shop drawings.03 Location and height of outlet boxes are correct as per approved shop drawing and in proper alignment.04 Installed conduits are free of any damages and the routing is coordinated with other services.05 The required pull boxes are provided as required.06 The bends used are of long radius / as per requirement.07 Adequate care is taken to plug the pull boxes / fan boxes with adequate material to prevent the ingress of concrete.08 Conduit ends or stub-ups are capped or sealed properly to prevent the ingress of dust, moisture or foreign materials.

10 For vertical walls, ensure conduits runs are parallel and height of back boxes is as per approved shop drawings.11.00 At the end of the day in charge engineer should make sure all the remaining materials should be stored safely.
