HOT TOPICS Leadership For All Companies April 13 ISSUE The Forms 10 for Donnelley Financial Solutions and LSC Communications were filed with the SEC on Thursday, March 31, signaling yet another significant milestone in creating three new companies. Since RR Donnelley is already a publicly traded company, no Form 10 is required. The intent of this month’s Hot Topics is to share strategic information about each of the companies going forward and outline some of the CEOs direct reports as well as the chief accounting officers who will bring expertise, experience and leadership to the three industry leading companies.
