Long summer days have led to plenty of activity onsite at Annadale.

Works on the development of a new park are progressing at pace with initial bulk works expected to be completed in the coming months. When finished, the 9,000sqm fully landscaped park will feature a built in tennis court, kick about area and playground.Works in Stages 6 and 8 are in the final phase as streetlights and kerbing are installed and footpaths are laid. Works are set for completion by the end of February which should allow titles for Stages 6 and 8 to be registered in March 2017.

Works in Stage 9 are also now well underway with sewerage works nearing completion. Works on Stage 9 are expected to be completed in April 2017 which should allow titles to be granted in May 2017.

With plenty of clear summer weather ahead, we also expect works to begin in Stages 2, 12A and 10 in February 2017, and 11 and 13 in March 2017.

For regular construction updates please refer to the Annadale website and don’t forget to check out all the action on site via our live webcam.

Annadale café coming soonLiliana and her husband Joseph have a unique connection with Annadale. Not only are the couple looking forward to living in the Annadale community with their dog ‘Toto’, they’re also set to open Annadale’s first café mid 2017.

“After purchasing in Annadale in late 2014 we were given the opportunity to launch the community’s first café. We’re really looking forward to living and working in the Annadale community and being a central part of it as it grows,” Liliana said.

“Selling our family home in Niddrie was a big decision but was one we were ready to take. Wanting to stay

north, we were looking at a range of different estates, but the community feel at Annadale and friendly sales team made relocating here an easy decision.”

“We’ve got a 430m2 block and we’re planning to build a four bedroom home with park views, a backyard and alfresco dining area. Having a four bedroom home will give us the freedom to have a study and a recreation room for ourselves while also leaving plenty of room for the family to stay over when they visit.”

“We can’t wait to move into our brand new home and being situated across the road from the park means Toto has somewhere to walk and run all year long.”
