The sales price equates to just over $100,000 a door and nearly $190 per square foot. Just two years ago, Kyle Malnati sold the building for $399,000 in the summer of 2011. Under a new owner the building went through a few renovations and this time around Madison Com-mercial was able to increase the sale price by around $300,000!
