Dear Parents and Guardians, I have always felt that Valentine’s Day is less about romantic love and more about reaching out to all the people in your life that you love and make sure they know how important they are and how grateful you are to have them in your life. So, in the spirit of Valentine’s Day tomorrow, let me extend my gratitude and love for all of you! I am grateful that you are in my life! I hope you can pass that on to others. :) Don’t forget that the students can wear red, white, or pink tomorrow for free dress tomorrow. In the spirit of love and care, I just want to remind everyone to please keep your child home to give them lots of love and care when they are sick. We understand taking time owork is often dicult, but we ask that you keep children home until they are fever free WITHOUT MEDICATION for 24 hours at least. Also, if your child has a bad cough that is going to disrupt their own learning and may spread germs quickly, we ask you to keep your child at home as well. If your child feels sick, they aren’t going to be successful learners and they will most likely infect others. Thank you so much to many of you who are keeping your children home for the time needed! We are grateful for you! Our March break has come at the perfect time to give everyone the chance to rest and recover if needed! We are very excited to have the WCEA visiting committee here in less than two weeks! We are ready to show oour wonderful school! They arrive on Ash Wednesday the 26th and leave Friday the 28th.
