INFORMATION ABOUT ISRAEL AND PALESTINE

After world war 2 Jews people wanted their own country. They were given a place Palestine but the Arabs living in Palestine dint accept Jews people to live in their country.

In 1948 there was a war and when it ended Gaza was controlled by Egypt. Gaza contained thousands of Palestinians who went to Israel.

There was a war in 1967 in which Israel won and they occupied some of the places in Palestine {Gaza}.

In 2005 they left Gaza but soon after a group called hamas won elections and took control on Gaza.

Most of the world calls Hamas a terries organization. They refuse to recognize Israel as a country and wants pales tines to return to

their old country and will use violence to achieve its aim. now Palestine's are making tunnels to attack Israel.

• They also can stop fighting and live in different country.
