3Downtown Skyline 2017
Downtown Skyline 2010Austin was the only Texas metro area to appear on the list of the country’s top 25 fastest-growing areas, based on percentage increases for 2015-16.
Of the 25 fastest-growing metro areas, only two are larger than Austin Or-lando and Las Vegas. However, neither of those areas grew as much, on a percentage basis, as Austin did.
On July 1, 2016, the Austin metro area had 2,056,405 residents, compared with 1,998,104 a year earlier, the Census Bureau says. During the one-year span, the Austin area’s population climbed by 58,301 residents .
From 2010-2018 The Austin Metro area has increased in population approx-imately 450,000.

AIREAL VIEW OF THE DEVELOPMENT LOOKING SOUTH TO AUSTIN
Location is EverythingScottsdale Crossing and Toll Road 183A
iSports is strategically located on the Scottsdale Crossing residential and Technology Park. Scottsdale drive over pass is a two lane road with labeled exits on both sides of the freeway that allows traffic for North and South bound traffic to enter iSports. We are located in the same development as Milestone master planned community and a multitude of technology and office tenants. This mix allows for our project to have overflow traffic on the weekends and our peak hours vary from their normal businesshours. The restaurant, performance gym, charter school, medical and retail tenants will also benefit from the volume of day time office and residential patrons. In addition toease of access location, the building will have a 50ft height variance that far exceeds the 25ft surrounding buildings. We are currently optioning the retail pad adjacent to183A and Scottdale for future iSports referral tenants.

Successful Facilities in AmericaCommon Theme - Multiple Sports in OneAn episode of Real Sports titled “Youth Sports, Inc.” shows that America's young athletes no longerplay their biggest games against nearby towns. Instead, travel teams have fueled an unprecedentedsports tourism boom over the last decade, with millions of parents and their kids hitting the road fordozens of weekends a year to compete in sports such as hockey, soccer, baseball, lacrosse, basket-ball and volleyball. In 2016, these families spent more than $10 billion on the road, spurring bigspending on top-notch facilities to get a piece of the pie. Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel aired on HBOAugust 17, 2017.
