Product Envelope

Passenger elevators are manufactured with load capacity of 225, 300, 320, 400,500, 630, 1000, 1275 kg etc., and speedmovement up to 2 m/sec.

Home lifts are compact lifts for 2 to 6 persons. Often, maintenance costs are also lower than a more conventional lift.

Lifts and hoists for hospitals constitute a specific product within the companies that are dedicated to providing mobility solutions and elevation.

Automobile Elevators are designedfor moving cars in condominiums, car showrooms, garages, homes and more, our car elevators provide compact, easy-to-use basement or rooftop parkingsolutions

Panoramic elevators are those that,in their cabin, have one or more glass sides. These cabins increase the sensation of luminosity and space.

A dumbwaiter is a small freight elevator or lift intended to carry objects rather than people

Door drive systems

Elevator doors protect riders fromfalling into the shop. The most commonconfiguration is to have two panelsthat meet in the middle and slide openlaterally.

Telescopic door drive

Center opening door drive

Sliding telescopic doors. 2 speed telescopicdoors are common in bed, service andfreight elevators, but are also common in passenger elevators, usually for those located in a small building or in an insufficient space where the doors cannot slide all the way through both side wall.

An Elevator controller is a system to control the elevators, either manual or automatic.

LOP is known as Landing Operating Panel which gives the command of landing calls and COP means CabinOperating Panel givesindication foroffering car calls. There are various designs of Elevator LOP that is made by us, under the strict vigilance of qualifiedprofessionals.

Controller

Door sensors (sometimes known as photoelectric or infrared beam, electricsafety door edges, door detector, electric proximity edges, or electric doorman) is an elevator device thatdetects a passenger or an object on the doorway which prevents the doors from closing (usually installed for accessibility).

The SMART RESCUE DEVICE is the safestautomatic elevator evacuation device designed for VF Elevators. The Smart Rescue relates to a new concept and design and operates the elevator controller at rated voltage to performthe evacuation operation.

Elevator Manufacturing Technology

Elevator Manufacturing Machines

Manufacturing and Production process:

The process of converting raw material

into finished products is called as

production process. ... Several types of

manufacturing processes are applied in

production process based on the nature

of work and ultimate resultant finished

goods required.

Bending Machines

Sheet metal Cutting Operations:

1: Blanking

2: Punching or Piercing

3: Notching

4: Perforating

5: Trimming

6: Shaving

7: Slitting

8: Lancing

A lift (or elevator) is a form of

vertical transportation between

building floors, levels or decks,

commonly found in multi-storey

buildings. A lift motor room

(sometimes referred to as an

elevator machine room),is a room

that houses the machinery and

electrical controls that operate a lift

Geared Machine

Gearless Machine

Gearless traction elevators can reach

speeds of up to 20 m/s (4,000 ft/min),

A brake is mounted between the motor

and gearbox or between the motor and

drive sheave or at the end of the drive

sheave to hold the elevator stationary

at a floor.

Hydraulic Elevators

“Life is like an

elevator”

Some power packs are large,stationary

units and others are more portable.

They havea hydraulic reservoir, which

houses the fluid, regulators that allow

users to control the amount of pressure

the power pack delivers to a valve, pressure

supply lines and relief lines, a pump and

a motor to power the pump.

Hydraulic Power Pack

Unlike traction elevators, hydraulic systems

don't use overhead hoisting machinery.

Instead, these elevators use the compression

of fluids to generate movement. The elevator

cab is lifted by an electric motor that pumps

oil into the cylinder to move the piston.

Repair and Modernization

After R&M

It is the process of upgrading the

critical parts of the elevator in

order for it to be able to handle

new technology, have better

performance and improve safety.

Before R&M

“Life is like an

elevator”

Isometric Elevators has devised service and modernization packages to

ensure the performance of Elevators and Escalators to the contracted

specifications right from their birth till they retire or become due for up
