Scientific Information Guidelines for Poster Presenters Format The posters will be mounted on boards that are 90 cm width x 210 cm height (from the floor). Posters printed on A0 paper (84 cm x 119 cm) can be accommodated in the portrait orientation. Presentation The poster sessions will be on 22nd (Mon) and 23rd (Tue), 17:30-19:30. We ask that presenters of odd-numbered posters stand by their posters on Monday, while presenters of even-numbered posters on Tuesday. Mounting & Removing Posters should be mounted in the Main Hall B during the coffee break (10:25- 10:45) or lunch break (12:15-13:30) on 22nd (Mon). All posters can remain through 22nd (Mon) PM to 25th (Thu) AM. We ask that all poster presenters remove their posters during the lunch break (12:15-13:30) on 25th (Thu). The posters left unremoved at 15:30 on 25th (Thu) would be removed and disposed by the staff. Poster Case The poster cases can be put on the side tables in the lecture hall. Paper tags are available on the spot, that can be used for identifying your own case. Student Poster Award ChemPlusChem, The Royal Society of Chemistry, The Chemical Society of Japan are sponsoring several poster prizes, which will be awarded by a selection committee. ➤ Format

The posters will be mounted on boards that are 90 cm width x 210 cm height

➤ Presentation

The poster sessions will be on 22nd (Mon) and 23rd (Tue), 17:30-19:30. We ask
