The placement season or the Class o 2010 was reective o

the growth and revival o the economy with 346 companies

participating in the Rolling Placement process at the ISB. The

number o oers grew by as much as 33%, and the average

salaries increased by 11% as compared to last year.

The Class o 2010 comprised 568 students rom diverse

backgrounds and work experience ranging rom 2 to 20 years.

Companies recruited students or roles ranging rom entry-

level to senior management positions.

It is heartening to note that many companies engage with

students throughout the year, to help them prepare or the

careers they choose. This report gives you more details on the
