Is fitness equipment really necessary in order to get healthy? Everybody wants to remain fit in today’s time and it’s not just fashion but a practical graduation in the thought process of man. Taking care of your body is one of the most important things to do in our lives that often we forget. But remaining fit is not the only cause for exercising; it has got a lot to do with looks too. The women and the men want to look sexy all the time, everywhere. So when we are faced with this question of whether or not equipments are necessary or not to keep fit and healthy, we must first be very clear about the reason for exercise may vary from person to person and thus making the question relative. important things to do in our lives that often we forget. But remaining fit is not the only cause

for exercising; it has got a lot to do with looks too. The women and the men want to look

sexy all the time, everywhere. So when we are faced with this question of whether or not

equipments are necessary or not to keep fit and healthy, we must first be very clear about the

reason for exercise may vary from person to person and thus making the question relative.

First Myth: Now let’s not get into the debate whether one is going to gym to be a body

builder or to build a healthy body? We all know that now the difference between the two is

fading. A very interesting debate is that one needs the equipments because it is specific. To

give you perspective, each of the gym equipments are built for exercising different parts of

the body. Like cycling works out the legs, the butterfly is for chest and the pulley for arms.

Thus one may argue that without them the work out is less accurate. But that is not true. Even

when we do simple freehand exercises we do each for a particular part of our body. The

difference is that when we are doing freehand we are not putting in enough labour as much as

the chain pulley will demand at a gym, in one time. So there are healthier alternatives to that,

which is a human being working as fitness guide. Take professional help and make a fitness

chart for yourself. Such charts generally include running and jogging and muscle stretching

exercises. The level can go to even more painful if one needs to tighten up her or his muscles

even more.

Second Myth: People then will come up with the real reason, sexy abs. You must be thinking

that it’s true, right? Well yes it is true that only if you work out with equipments can you get

6 pack abs. The myth that I am talking about is this 6 pack worshipping. I mean there are

many non 6-packers who are way healthier. This is a media driven Myth (like the media has

made body hair on men a taboo for the sexy) forces you to believe that DSLR is the only

good type of camera but the reality is if go for budget and then never buy any other lens for

that body then you better but a RX 100. So if you are working out for abs it’s more about

fashion. Because trust me, carrying huge meat it tiring.

Proof

Yoga, the proof that you do not need equipment to keep healthy! Yoga is a complete exercise

of mind and body. The whole world is drifting towards yoga and has accepted its power. In

Yoga one just needs to have coordination between breath and body movement. There are

many Asanas or positions in which one needs to twist her or his body in order to perform one

exercise. There are other exercises where one needs to adjust her or his breadth motion, these

are called Pranayam . There are a number of healthy centurions still alive who have practiced

Yoga all their life. In Yoga there is no requirement for any equipment but a fresh atmosphere.

To be honest with you if you do Yoga in a park and then enter a gym, you would realise the

difference in health and appearance.
