Mounting procedure for vertical agitators
In this example, the agitator is mounted eccentrically in the tank to obtain vertical convection and turbulence in the direction of axial flow.
In this example, the agitator is mounted at the center of the tank,and baffle plates are attached on the inner wall of the tank to createvertical convection and turbulence.
In this example, the agitator is mounted eccentrically in a flat bottom tank. Corners are provided at the bottom of the tank to prevent settling and retention when there is a particularly large difference inspecific gravities in melting slurry, mixing, and liquid-liquid agitation.

Both ends of the element are welded to the housing, with six elements provided for asingle module as standard. Select thenumber of modules according your specific requirements. This type is widely used for mixing, dispersion, neutralizing, extraction,and other general applications.
This type is used for the same applications as the N10 series. However, the element is only welded onto a ring so that it can be removed from the housing, making it ideal forprocesses that require disassembly for cleaning.
This sanitary type conforms to the same standards for sanitary piping used in food processing plants and supports CIP cleaning. The main unit and element can be easily removed and attached, making it ideal for processes that require disassembly for cleaning.
An element made of ceramic treated with special glaze is used. The surface of this element is smooth, making it difficult for scale to adhere and highly resistant to wear. Housings in various materials are alsoavailable so that you can select the material best suited to fluid characteristics. This typeis used both in water treatment processesand chemical processes.
On this static mixer, all of the element,housing and flange are made of PVC. Thistype is used in applications where piping leading to and exiting the installation is madeof PVC, mainly in drinking water and purewater treatment. This type can also be madein impact-resistant PVC or heat-resistant PVC. It can also be reinforced with an FRP outer sheath.
