3.1 JOB TITLE/DESCRIPTION: (JOB CODE) : Store Keeper
4.0 WORK PERIOD: (2 YEARS) From date of arrival Monday to Fridays, Timing 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
with break period between 12.00 noon to 1.00 pm. Expatriates are entitled to a one(1) month paid
home leave.
4.1 SALARY INDICATION:
Monthly Salary of EUR 1,800.00 (One Thousand Eight Hundred Only) salary can be transferred to
any Bank Account of your choice and all transfers must be made in conformity with the existing tax
situation in Cyprus.
4.2 ALLOWANCES:
Hazard/ in convinces allowance, 5% of basic salary. Entertainment allowance 5% of basic Salary.
All allowances are paid weekly and locally in EUR equivalent at the existing exchange rate.

4.0 All expatriates are entitled to a month paid home leave after completion of 11 months, which canbe taken once at a time or two (2) weeks apart one different period. All expatriates shall be entitled
to a leave allowance (in EUR) of an additional 100% percent of their basic salary. Free tickets to
cover the span of their home leave. No allowances on leave period.
5.0 SEFETY AYD SECURITY:
Safety and security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on job Location and Communities are
not small issue, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch tree operations, All
operations on job Locations are designed to address hare strictly to the Health Safety and
Environment experts. All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at job Location e.g.
Gloves, Shoes etc. at applicable in the job location.
6.0 MEDICAL/HEALTH SERVICE FACILITIES AND INSURANCE PLAN FOR FAMILY: All expatriates shall be entitled to a comprehensive health care service. Which are to be
administered by Medical Experts on Job Location. In a Cash of emergency situation, an expatriate
will flown to his home country or in any country suitable for the best medical attention.
This decision can be influenced by the findings of the Companys medical experts, unless the
expatriate in question states otherwise after three (3) months of service all expatriates will be
entitled to a health Service insurance plan (HSIP) for family. The health Service plan is designed to
cover only three (3) members of your Family.
The Health Service Insurance Plan (HSIP) allowance can also be paid to the expatriates at the rate
of EUR500.00 per family member per month which can be transferred on monthly basis without
being subjected to tax.
7.0 FEEDING AND ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation and feeding shall be provided for all expatriates will be by the COMPANY. All
cuisine (Intercontinental/continental) will also be provided.
7.1 TRANSPORATION :
An official vehicle shall be provided on 24 hour daily basis to all expatriates for local transportation.
A round trip flight ticket to cover the span of your contract engagement will be provided anddelivered to you on the completion of your relevant travel documents and immigration particulars.

7.2 ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Recreational/Sport Facilities shall also be made available at disposal of all expatriates with noexpenses to be incurred. laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all
expatiates with no expenses by the company laundry and dry cleaning unit.
8.0 FACILITIES.
There are standard telecommunication facilities and internet services at the disposal of all
expatriates and same shall be accessible to all personnel local/ foreign without any charges
expenses to be incurred. Cellular phones can be obtained expatriates from the Local
dealers/providers in Cyprus, but must be used in accordance with safety regulation on job Location.
8.1 FAMILY STATUS ARRANGEMENTS:
Family status arrangement can only be applied after at least twelve (12) month of service. The
Application of family status arrangement indicates that an expatriate will be entitled to a free visa
and air fare for his wife or spouse or any other family member which is to be provided by the
company through the traveling Agency / consultant.
Expatriates who intend to travel with their wife/ spouse within in the first three (3) month of contract
engagement will have the cost of visa and air fare being borne by them and can only be reimburse
after twelve (12) month of service.
9.0 INTERVIEW:
There will be no interview since the appropriate authorities have check your resume excepting at the
health and management sector where the company required at least first degree holders in job
related.
Interview on arrival is designed to facilitate a cordial relationship between expatriates and firm as
well as the organizational structure with respect to the project scope interviews are also designed to
ascertain claims on working experiences and academic/ education, and should any claim be found
wanting the affected expatriate establish would be deported and such done in conformity with the
legal provision. Among reason for interview on arrival is to establish expatriates area of interest
considering the project scopes in order to facilities an efficient division of labor on job Locations with
respect to the organization structure.

10.0 CLAIMS/ ENTITLEMENTS:
All expenses incurred in relation to this job/Contract Engagement process are liable toreimbursement within 72 hour on arrival, Such expenses include cost of obtaining medical
certificate, immunization/shots in the case were an expatriate gets such service from a special or
personal doctor, Cost of obtaining Job Contract, Engagement papers and traveling Documents.
Cost of transportation to the embassy on the date of appointment if found satisfactorily committed.
A prove of payment in form of an official receipt will facilities a prompt reimbursement of all claims/
expenses. With respect to the expected time line of the project takeoff ensure the processing of all
traveling Documents, immigration particular etc. in record time.

EMPLOYMENT AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
This Employment and Confidentiality agreement is made as of this 18th day of February 2014
between P.A. Professional Cleaning Services Ltd., Cyprus and Mr. Shaikh Irfan Mohammad
Akram (Indian) holding passport No H7960927 issued at Mumbai (The Company and the
Employee are hereinafter referred to individually as a Party and collectively as parties)
WHEREAS, the Company desires to engage the services of Employee and the employee desires to
perform such services upon the terms and conditions set forth below.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the mutual covenants and agreementshereafter set forth, the Parties agree as follows.
ARTICLE 1 APPOINTMENT:
1.1. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Company agree to employ as the Store
Keeper. The Employee agrees to serve P.A. Professional Cleaning Services Ltd., Cyprus in
such capacity and/or in such other capacity as the Company and the Employee may from time to
time agree upon, on the terms set out in this Agreement (Appointment).
ARTICLE 2 DUTIES:
The Employee shall be responsible for day to day duty ofP.A. Professional Cleaning Services
Ltd., Cyprusin accordance with this agreement, and the guidelines, politics and procedures of the
company approved from time by the board.
2.1 The Employee shall use his best endeavor to perform employees duties hereunder and hereby
agree that employees shall not, without the prior written consent of the board, because an employee
of any entity other than the Company and shall not be concerned or interested in any other business
directly competitive with that carries on by the company provided that nothing in this clause shell
preclude the employee from holding or any company any part of those share capital is listed or dealt
in on any stock exchange or recognized securities market anywhere and the employee should notifythe company in writing of his interest such as of securities in a timely company and with such details
and particulars as a the company recently require.

ARTICLE 3 REMUNERATION
3.1
In consideration for the service reminder by the employee of the company and hereunder, the
company and hereunder, the company shall causes P.A. Professional Cleaning Services Ltd.,
Cyprus to pay the employee a salary EUR 1,800.00 (One Thousand Eight Hundred Only)
consisting of
(I) A fixed component and
(II) Available component as indicated in Appendix 1.
3.2
Salary shall be demand to accrue from by today with the first monthly installment calculated fromthe effective date and the last monthly installment calculated down to the expiration date, or in the
event of yearly termination, the date this agreement is terminated whichever is yearly.
3.3
The employee shall be sorely for all individual income Tax or any other tax whatsoever imposed
under applicable law of the jurisdiction of P.A. Professional Cleaning Services Ltd., Cyprus or
otherwise on the salary amounts paid to the employee by the company for employee work. P.A.
Professional Cleaning Services Ltd., Cyprusshall reimburse travel hotel and other out of
pocket expenses properly incurred by the employee in the course of employees employment.
ARTICLE 4 MEDICAL EXPENSES INSURANCE PAID HOLIDAY AND SICK LEAVE
The company shall cover the cost of membership for the Employee, his spouse and his children of
an appropriate patient medical plan with such reputable medical expenses insurance scheme as the
Company shall decide from to time.

The Employee shall be paid in full during any period of absence from work due to sickness or injury
not exceeding 30 working days in any period of 11 months. And to the production of satisfactory
evidence form qualified medical in respect of any period of absence in excess of 14 consecutive
sickness or injury shall be inclusive of any allowance or other to which he is entitled from the
Company.

4.3
The Employee shall entitle to a 25 day holiday with pay in every calendar year during the term ofthe appointment at times convenient to the Company, Entitlement to holiday remaining at times
convenient to the Company. Carried forward to the next calendar year but no further The entitlement
to holiday(and on termination of employment to holiday pay in lieu of holiday) accrues pro rata
throughout each calendar year.
ARTICLE 5 CONFIDENTIALITY
Save in so far as such information is already lawfully in the public domain, the Employee shall keep
secret and shall not at any time (whether during the Term or thereafter) use for Employees own or
any third partys advantage/ or reveal to any person. Company or organization and shall use
Employees best endeavors to prevent the Publication or disclosure of all confidential information(As defined herein below).
5.2
If the Employee breaches this obligation of confidentiality, the Employee shall be liable to the
Company for all damages(direct or consequential incurred as result of the employees breach).
5.3
The restriction in this article 5 shall not apply to any disclosure or use authorized by the board or
required by law or by the intended performance of this agreement.
5.4
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
For the purpose of this Agreement shall mean information relating to the business, customers,
products and affairs of the company (including without limitation marketing information ) deemed
confidential by the company, treated by the company or which the Employee sectors, including
without limitation on design , processes, pricing policies, methods, inventions, technical data
financial information and know how relating to the company.
Unless expressly consented to by the Company Employee will not seek directly or indirectly by theoffer of alternative employment or other inducement whatsoever, to solicit the services of any
employee of the Company employed as at the date of such termination, or in the year preceding
such termination.

ARTICLE 6 NON CONFIDENTIALY
In Consideration of the Salary paid to the Employee by the company the Employee agrees that
during the Term and for a period of Three (3) years following the termination or expiration of this
Agreement (for whatever reason), Employee will not approach clients, customers or contracts of theCompany or other persons or entities introduced to employee in/ Employees capacity as a
representative of the Company for the purposes of doing business with such persons or , entities
and will not interfere with the business relationship between the Company and sole person and for
entities.
6.2
The provisions provident in article 6.1 shall be separate and severable and enforceable
independently of each other and independent of any other provision of this Agreement.
6.3
The provisions contained in Article 6.1 are considered reasonable by the parties but, in the event
that any such provisions should be found to be void under relevant Cyprus Laws and regulations
but would be valid if some part thereof was deleted or the period or area of application reduced,
such provisions shall apply with such modification as terminate the Appointment by giving three
months notice in writing to the company.
7.1
TERMINATION FOR CONVENIENCE:
The Company may terminate the Appointment by giving one month notice in writing to the
Employee or the Employee may also terminate the Appointment by giving one month notice in
writing to the Company .
7.2
TERMINATION FOR CAUSEThe Employee may be terminated by the company (a) If Employee is guilty of any gross default or
gross , misconduct in connection with or affecting the company to which he is required by this
Agreement to render services. (b) lf the Employee is convicted of any arrest able criminal offence
(other than an offense under road traffic legislation for which a fine or non- custodial penalty is
imposed).
7 .3
On termination of this Agreement for whatever reason the Employee shall deliver forthwith to the
Company all books , Documents, papers, (including copies), material, credit cards, the company
car keys (if any) and all other property relating to the business of or belonging

to the Company which is in Employees possession or under Employees power of control.
ARTICLE 8 GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES
If at my time the Employee has any grievance relating to Employees employment with the
Company/Employee may, seek redress orally or in writing by referring the grievance to the Board
and the Board shall deal with such matter by discussion and majority decision. Employee should
abide by all the terms and condition of the employer and should be aware of Laws & jurisdictions of
Cyprus while residing there.
8.1
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties andsupersedes all other oral and written agreements between the Company and the Employee
regarding the subject matter hereof, including that certain Employee and Confidentiality Agreement
dated 18th February 2014 between the Employeeand P.A. Professional Cleaning Services Ltd.,
Cyprus. The Employee acknowledges that Employee has not entered into this Agreement in
reliance upon any representation, warranty or undertaking which is not set forth in this Agreement or
expressly referred to in it as forming part of the Employees contract of employment. ,
8.2
Any notice to be given under this Agreement to the Employee may be served by being handed to
Employee personally or by being sent by recorded delivery first class post to Employee at
Employees usual or last known address and any notice to be given to the company may be served.
On the day (excluding Sundays and statutory holidays) next following the date of posting and in
proving such service it shall be sufficient proof that the envelope containing the notice was properly
addressed and posted as a prepaid latter by recorded delivery first class post.
8.3
If one or more provision of this Agreement are held to be unenforceable under applicable law, thus
such provision (shall deemed to be excluded from this Agreement and the balance shall be
enforceable in accordance with its terms.)
8.4
The rights and duties of the Employee under this Agreement shall not be subject to alienation,
assignment or transfer.

8.5
The heading of the Articles of this Agreement are for the convenience of the Parties hereof and shallnot be deemed a substantive part of this Agreement.
8.6
No change in, or addition to, the terms of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed
by both Parties hereto.
8.7
This Agreement may be signed in two (2) counterparts and each counterpart shall be deemed to be
original.

APPENDIX 1
Employees salary shall have two components of fixed base Salary and discretionary performance
bonus on the individual performance and 0.5% completion of the monthly net revenue /net income
budget of the company.
The fixed base salary of employee shall beEUR 1,800.00(One Thousand Eight Hundred Only) per
month to be paid pro rate on the monthly basis. The performance bonus if shall be paid quarterly.
