Therefore, unnecessary hando"er attempts may occur.

Load information e'change through the &ur-g interface= Load information is e'changed betweenthe 2% 3%C and the 1CD! 0NC through the &ur-g interface instead of the CN. Through the&ur-g interface, the 2% 3%C and 1CD! 0NC can e'change load information with each otherby performing information e'change and common measurement.
