Teste de lentidão na Internet (iPOP)

ftp://ftp.embratel.net.br/pub/tst

Current directory is /pub/tst/

[DIRECTORY] Parent Directory[FILE] load.tst . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [Oct 4 2004] 292M[FILE] load2.tst. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [Dec 10 2004] 29M

verificar no router EBT.2.

Method Status ProtocolFastEthernet0/0 189.2.184.1 YES NVRAM up upFastEthernet0/1 189.16.35.1 YES NVRAM up upATM1/0 unassigned YES NVRAM up upATM1/0.1 200.178.69.46 YES NVRAM up up

3.1 Verificar a interface ATM

MOTOROLA-JGU> sh int atm1/0 (ATM com a Telefônica)ATM1/0 is up, line protocol is up Hardware is RS8234 ATM E3 Description: ### Link ATM 34MB ### MTU 1500 bytes, sub MTU 1500, BW 34000 Kbit, DLY 200 usec, reliability 255/255, txload 14/255, rxload 107/255 Encapsulation ATM, loopback not set Encapsulation(s): AAL5 1023 maximum active VCs, 1 current VCCs VC Auto Creation Disabled. VC idle disconnect time: 300 seconds Last input 00:00:13, output 00:00:00, output hang never Last clearing of "show interface" counters never Input queue: 0/75/230828/0 (size/max/drops/flushes); Total output drops: 26275 Queueing strategy: Per VC Queueing 30 second input rate 14319000 bits/sec, 1755 packets/sec 30 second output rate 1898000 bits/sec, 1471 packets/sec 1939189718 packets input, 3406510265 bytes, 1015 no buffer Received 0 broadcasts, 0 runts, 0 giants, 0 throttles 0 input errors, 602 CRC, 0 frame, 52 overrun, 1 ignored, 0 abort 203947713 packets output, 827303843 bytes, 0 underruns 0 output errors, 0 collisions, 1 interface resets 0 output buffer failures, 0 output buffers swapped out

Sempre o link deve estar em UP e o protocoloem UP

3.2 Verificar a interface FastEthernet

MOTOROLA-JGU> sh int f0/0 (LAN para o iPOP)FastEthernet0/0 is up, line protocol is up Hardware is MV96340 Ethernet, address is 0018.7395.3990 (bia 0018.7395.3990) Description: REDE LAN Internet address is 189.2.184.1/30 MTU 1500 bytes, BW 100000 Kbit, DLY 100 usec, reliability 255/255, txload 38/255, rxload 5/255 Encapsulation ARPA, loopback not set Keepalive set (10 sec) Full-duplex, 100Mb/s, 100BaseTX/FX ARP type: ARPA, ARP Timeout 04:00:00 Last input 00:04:36, output 00:00:00, output hang never Last clearing of "show interface" counters never Input queue: 0/75/0/0 (size/max/drops/flushes); Total output drops: 0 Queueing strategy: fifo Output queue: 0/40 (size/max) 5 minute input rate 2083000 bits/sec, 1511 packets/sec 5 minute output rate 15078000 bits/sec, 1791 packets/sec 3339062891 packets input, 3747204277 bytes Received 2 broadcasts, 0 runts, 0 giants, 0 throttles 0 input errors, 0 CRC, 0 frame, 0 overrun, 0 ignored 0 watchdog 0 input packets with dribble condition detected 958143119 packets output, 121589007 bytes, 0 underruns 0 output errors, 0 collisions, 1 interface resets 0 babbles, 0 late collision, 0 deferred 0 lost carrier, 0 no carrier 0 output buffer failures, 0 output buffers swapped out

MOTOROLA-JGU>ping 200.178.69.45

Type escape sequence to abort.Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 200.178.69.45, timeout is 2 seconds:!!!!!Success rate is 100 percent (5/5), round-trip min/avg/max = 4/4/4 ms (exemplo de delay alto acima de 20ms)

anotar o número do chamado no ticket do BMC. Sempre deixar o telephone de contato o do Help Desk –

19-38478080.

Sempre o link deve estar em UP e o protocolo em UP
