iPhone 5: Please Show Up Soon

Whether you believe in a great product or just plain marketing hype, one thing is for sure: The

iPhone will soon be born!

After seeing the web swamped with a lot of leaked iPhone 5 photos, it is not difficult to deduce

how the next generation iPhone will look. And Apple doesn’t need to worry about the

presumptuousness of the bloggers and the reviewers. Whatever their intention is, their

preemptive movement only adds pizzazz and buzz to the rumor mills about iPhone 5.

But what exactly can we expect from the latest installment of the famous Apple iPhone series?

Before the revelation, let’s do a little round-up: If the iPhone 5 will still look like the iPhone 4S-

which happens to look exactly like the iPhone 4- then that means the design which Apple would

unveil will be two years old now, which is probably not something to be entirely excited about.

I am not saying that Apple users are superficial and only want to marvel at the sleek and classy

design of the new iPhone (but I believe I am also not implying that they are not the opposite!)

but I would like to assume that in a discipline run by materialistic dogmas, appearance is always

an issue and an indispensable factor in predicting which device will top the charts or occupy the

stockroom.

And this is what we would like to bank on: Despite the familiar look of the iPhone 5, I say that

the new iPhone will be different- in a very radical way. Let me cite a very close example: If you

take a look at the MacBook Series, from the first releases to the recent ones, the vestigial look

was never eclipsed by the new features, and surprisingly, no one felt the slightest estrangement

toward its recurrent design. Nobody whined about it. Instead they earned adulations of similar

intensity over the MacBook and iMac in general. I hate to be redundant: This is Friedrich

Nietzsche’s theory of eternal recurrence.

Could it be possible? As far as I can tell, a lot of tech consumers love the iPhone 4 design. I

guess it doesn’t matter even if Apple sticks to its original plan. No one would mind if the iPhone

5 echoes it from the front and the sides. Probably, what the tech giant wants is to build up the

current iPhone 4 design and add some more features that will further accentuate its great

design. It can make the screen taller, the estate wider, and the phone thinner. If it is as thin as

the higher-end iPod Touch that Apple sells, it will be a great feat that can go up the stage and

become another industry standard.

Don’t deny the possibilities. The way I see it, Apple fans will be running amuck to go to the

nearest Apple center and buy the iPhone 5 once it hits the market.

This can also be a good time to sell your old phone at Cash for Smartphones!
