What Changed - Synergy For this revision, there was a conscious effort to remove unintentional conflicts between the three standards

What Changed – 620 Standard Mirrored Accept & Defect Clauses

Where possible, the committee aligned the Acceptable and Defect clauses

This eliminates any assumption that the lack of defect criteria means the part is acceptable and vice versa

How to Participate - Adopt Adopt the standard

Support the standard and WHMA’s efforts by adopting the standard for use within your company

How to Participate - Join Committee Meetings are typically held twice a year

In San Diego in conjunction with APEX, in February

In Chicago in conjunction with SMTA , in October

This year, there will be a special 3 hour meeting held during the Milwaukee Wire Harness show

How to Participate - Submit Help update the standard

In the back of the standard is a submittal form to suggest additions or changes.

The form can be submitted by mail or email to IPC directly – anyone can submit.

or Cathy Hanlin, Vice-Chair ([email protected]) and they can submit for you.
