ipal — in-class polling for all learners
DESCRIPTION
William (Bill) Junkin, Director of Instructional Technology and Professor of Physics, Eckerd College The IPAL project allows students to use a mixture of web-enabled devices (laptops, iPads, cell phones, etc.) to respond to in-class polling through a Moodle module or a stand-alone module for non-Moodle users. IPAL provides peer-reviewed polling questions for some courses and instructors can create their own questions for any course. The analysis of student response patterns may identify at-risk students. Bring your smart phone or laptop and explore interactive pedagogy enabled through technology.TRANSCRIPT
