iTunes and the Cloud
Many essential software packages are no longer supplied on CD, instead they are offered as downloads. That's the case with iTunes, you have to download it from the Apple website.
iCloud is a free storage service from Apple. Rather than saving things to your computer, you save them on the internet. It stores music, photos, apps, contacts, documents, etc. When something is purchased in iTunes, it automatically syncs (pushes) to your devices.
