Figure S2. FSP27 co-immunoprecipitates with both HA- and Myc-tagged Egr1. HEK293T cells growing in 65-mm dishes were transfected with 4 µg of HA-tagged FSP27 (panel A) or Myc-tagged FSP27 (panel B) cDNA and 2 µg of Egr1 cDNA. Cell lysates were collected 24 h post-transfection and immunoprecipitated with 2 µg of either HA or Myc antibody and Protein A/G magnetic beads. The eluates were then separated by 12.5% PAGE and immunoblotted using HA, Myc, and Egr1 antibodies as indicated.
