Smart Positioner

YT-3300(YT-3350) Smart Valve Positioner accurately controls valve stroke, according to input signal of 4-20mA, which is being input from the controller. In addition, built-in micro-processing operator optimizes the positioner's performance and provides unique functions such as Auto calibration, PID control, Alarm, and Hart protocol.

Electro Pneumatic PositionerYT-1050, the Electro Pneumatic positioner is used for operation of pneumatic valve actuators by means of electrical controller or control system with an analog output signal of DC 4 to 20mA or split ranges. - Simple zero and span adjustment - No resonance between 5-200Hz - Auto/Manual switch - RA vs DA action and 1/2 split range setting by simple adjustment.

Pneumatic Positioner

The Pneumatic Pneumatic Positioner YT-1200 series are used for pneumatic valve actuators by means of pneumatic controller or control systems with an output signal of 3 to 5 psi or split ranges. - The product can operate normally in very extreme environment, such as vibration and temperature. - The durability has been proven after testing 2 million cycles at the minimum. - Response time is very short and accurate. - Simple part change can set 1/2 Split Range. - It is economical due to less air-consumption. - Direct / Reverse action can be set easily. - Zero & Span adjustment processes are simple. - Feedback connection is easy.

Air Filter Regulator

YT-200(YT-205) receives main air pressure and supplies to the desirable level pressure to a Positioner or other devices. - Maintains desirable pressure level, regardless of fluctuation of pressure input. - Aluminum body increases versatility of the product in different environments. - 5 micron filter sorts minuteness particles in the air. - Relief function is available which discharges to atmosphere if the outlet pressure is higher than setting pressure.

Volume BoosterVolume booster relay, YT-320 is used in pneumatic control valve which receives positioner’s output signal and supply air pressure actuator to reduce response and adjusting time. - Supplies constant air pressure at the rate of 1:1. - By-passing control enhances safety of control valve. - Response to slight changes in input signal, which increases accuracy of output of air pressure to actuator. - Built-in 100 mesh screen filters dusts in the air.

  

Lock Up Valve

Lock Up Valve, YT-400 sense the main supply pressure and shuts down the air flow when the pressure is lower than setting level to avoid system shutdown or damages to pipelines. - Due to its compact size and light weight, lock up valve can be installed without a bracket. - It responses to less than 0.1kgf/ ㎠ pressure change/s. - Epoxy power coating resists against the corrosion. - 100 mesh screen filters small dust entering into the unit.

  Snap Acting RelaySnap Acting Relay, YT-520 senses supply pressure and changes the direction of the air flow when supply pressure is lower than setting pressure. It also provides "Fail-Position" function when the supply pressure gets lower especially when there is damages on pipelines. - It responses to very small changes and has high accuracy. - Versatility can be enhanced by having different material and capacity. - 100 mesh screen filters small dust entering.

Solenoid Valve

Explosion proof type 3way solenoid valve, YT- 700S series outputs pressure to valves or changes output port direction. - Explosion proof type (ExdIICT6) solenoid valve. - Replacement of coil is easy due to AC and DC applied in same enclosure. - Manual switch enables user to test the operation when the power source is cutoff. - Connecting wires are easy because connection port can be rotated (265°). - Valve body is air pressure operating type, so the operation is very smooth with high durability. - Can be directly attached on actuator, because of NAMUR type design.

  

Position Transmitter

Position Transmitter is accessory for control valve. When installing the transmitter, please be sure to read manual for control valve as well.

  I/P Converter
