THE THIRSTY DOGThe project is a remake of Grays Furniture store, located downtown Mount Pleasant, Michigan. The old Italianate style building it is an historical mark in the development of the city. The store was built in 1903 by the Harkins family.Throughout time, the building has undergoneseveral changes in order to better serve the clients and demographic demand, and to accommodatethe current needs.In 1945, the store was specialized in the selling of household appliances.In 1974, the Grays family boughtthe building and turned into a furniture and miscellaneousstore as we know it today.

THE THIRSTY DOG

Modern and cozy furniture has been selected in order to offer a relaxing atmosphere for the guests. The style selected is mostly Mid-Century Modern, while thefinishes are easy care, with stain resistant fabrics in soft, neutral colors. The furniture and the green wall add an organic, warm touch to the environment.

This stunning chandelier, hand crafted from blown glass offersan unforgettable effect to the dinning area. The multitude of luminaires inside the cluster brightens up the place throwing awhimsical play of shades and lights on surrounding vicinity.

THE THIRSTY DOGAcoustical ceiling tiles

Acoustical tiles provide a sound-proof barrier in between the outside and the inside, or in between the building’slevels. Beside being practical, they offer an interesting twist to the ceiling’s structure.

Dining Area

The BANK OF AMERICA design is a fresh concept that breaks old ways of banking while builds new paths and unlimited horizons. This new and convenient system guides young adults through the financing mysteries, helping them to make the wise choices in order to fulfill their dreams.

The oldest parts of the company extend back 240 years, the Bank of America started as Bank of Italy in 1904.

The Merchants Savings Loan and Trust Company—Bank of America's oldest heritage bank in Chicago—was instrumental in both the development of Chicago during its population boom and in the rebuilding of the city after the Great Fire.

Bank of America’s heritage bank in San Francisco, Bank of Italy, created the country’s first bank by and for women, the Women’s Banking Department. It was a bank within the bank that gave women access to their own accounts where they could manage their finances without the involvement of their spouses.

In November 2018, The Bank of America updated their logo to reflect this contemporary brand – one that delivers both cutting-edge technology and high-touch solutions for clients. It is a symbol of a culture of services today, but one that is always looking to what the future holds for clients and for the communities they serve.

Ultra modern furniture, clean lines and vibrant colors are a reminder that the space is designed for younger people, by age or hearth.

The big screen can be used as an oversized computer screen during a conference call, social media events or watching movies.

In the Northern House’s Lighting project, the lighting provides an interesting ambianceto the rooms. Strategically placed and designed lights make the room stand out whileoffers a one of a kind atmosphere.

architecture, and lighting enhances the way we

perceive architecture even more.

Here the light is not just light, but a statement.

Light is used not to just brighten up the area,

but to bring life and warmth to the space.

The Gursky Project

The Gursky Projectit is a remodeling of an old home located in Mount Pleasant, MI.The house is receiving a fresh, new look that accommodates the owners needs while pleasing the viewers eyes with modern design and soft colors.

JAY’S LOFT

Jay’s Loft is based on McGraw building located in New York.

Jay’s Loft

Jay’s Loft has been designed for a youngprofessional man that loves to entertainand bring guests home. The small space of only 800 sq. ft per floor, has been divided in two floors that accommodatehis needs. A large screen TV turns the room into ahome theater while the bench underneath offers comfort and style to the users. An open floor conceptconnects the kitchen, dining and living room making entertaining and interacting with guests easier.

The focal point in the living room area is a large, modern, red leather S-shaped sofa accessorized by an ivory leather ottoman.

The kitchen cabinets are made of ruby red lacquerthat give an ultra sleek modern, fun look thatmatches the owner’s personality.

The back splash in the kitchen has a varietyof blues that brings an extra visual interest the room.
