GENERAL CONDITIONS:

0r. Reservation for ST/SC/OBC/EWS candidates shall be available as per the Chhattisgarh Lok Seva (AnusuchitJatiyon, Anusuchit Jan Jatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon ke Liye Arakshan) Sanshodhan Niyam 201l, 2012.The applicant under Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe and Other Backward Class category should be a bonafideresident of Chhattisgarh and should be a member of Schedule caste/Schedule tribe/Other backward Class whichhave been included in the list of respective category as notified from time-to-time for Chhattisgarh State.

02. Candidate from Other Backward Class category should upload as well as produce at the time of interyiew the

"non creamy layer certilicate" of cument year issued by competent authority in the prescribed proforma alongwith the application form, failing which, the candidates will not be entitled to get the benefit ofresened category.

03 Applicants from reserved category (ST/SC/OBC) who applied for respective aategory are required to upload Caste

Certificate issued by competent authority failing which their application shall be considered under unreservedcategory. Applicants appointed on reserved posts will have to submit an undertaking in prescribed formatregarding their caste certificate, in case their ceftificate found illegal or fake, their services will be terminated andthey will be punished as per law.

06. Appointment to the post shall be temporary and the selected candidate will be k€pt on probation for two years andthair service may be tarminated ifprobation period is not completed suaaessfully.

07. Selected candidates will only be posted in different Krishi Vigyan Kendras of Vishwavidyalaya, located indifferent districts ofChhattisgarh State. Selected candidate will not be eligible for transfer on the post ofAssistantProfessor/Scientist in College/Research Stations.

08. Application fee once paid shall not be refunded in any case.

09. Applications not uploaded with copies of certificates, degrees, mark sheets/transaripts in support of academrcqualifications and expei'ience shall be rejected.

t0. Applicants must have achieved the requisite qualifications and experience on or before last date ofapplication.

l1 Persons already in service must apply through proper channel. The candidate can take a print of filled online formfor the purpose and send to the Registrar, IGKV, Raipur through proper channel by registered post withoutenclosing any document/photocopy/reprints. 12. University has fixed a saorecard for recruitment on the post of Subject Matter Specialist and Programme Assistant.Applicants are advised to fill the online application form carefully according to scorecard. The application withoutuploading proper certificates/marksheets/transcripts/documents/repdnts will not be scored. ln-senrice candidatesmust upload the experience certificate given by the employer to avail the marks allotted under experience (IGKVemployees may submit experience certificate obtained from their controlling officer).

13. The applicants shall be required to present themselves before the selection committee, if called for interview, at

their own expenses. ST/SC applicants will be allowed traveling allowance as per Vishwavidyalaya rules.

14. Higher initial start may be granted to deserving applicants on the recommendation ofselection committee.

15. The candidate appointed to the post shall be governed by the new pension scheme (NPS) introduced by State

Covemment ofChhattisgarh and adopted by the Vishwavidyalaya.

16. The Vishwavidyalaya reserves the right to increase/decrease or not to fill up any of the post, to fix criteria forcalling the candidates for interview and/or not to call any ofthe applicants on account of sufficient reasons forinterview. No appeal will be accepted/ entedained in this matter and Vishwavidyalaya's decision will be final.

r7. The selected candidates shall be governed by the Vishwavidyalaya rules and service conditions as amended fromtime to time.

18. Candidates having more than one wife and female candidate who had manied with such a married man alreadyhaving a wife alive, shall not be eligible for the Vishwavidyalaya Service. If any information given by the

candidate in above condition found incorrect, his/her appointment/selection shall be terminated without giving any

notice.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

01. Only online application through web link igkvmis.cg.nic.in shall be considered. Incomplete online applicationshall be rejected.

02. Candidates should provide e-mail address and mobile number on which they want to receive communication. Thecandidates may be given directives/information/call letters etc. through university website and their e-mail only.However, the call letter shall be sent through registered post also. No other form ofcommunication will be used infurther course of action.

03. The candidates are required to online submit/attach the photo copies of all documents, testimonials, certificates,repdnts etc. with application. However, in case ofpublication, full texts need not to be attached. Attach only firstpage showing the necessary details of publication like title, autho(s), date, year of publication and name ofJournal/Publisher etc.

04. Candidates are also required to bring a hard copy of online submitted applicatign form, at the time of interviewalong with all original documents, testimonials, reprints etc. uploaded online for verification.

05. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection which may be detected at any stage even after theissue of appointment letter, the Vishwavidyalaya reserves the right to modify/withdraw /cancel anycommunication made to the candidates.

06, Any type of influencing/canvassing will be treated as disqualification.

07. A candidate, fumishing fake or incorrect or false information/documents or suppresses material information, willbe disqualified, and/or ifappointed, will be liable to dismissal from service without prior notice.

08. The Vishwavidyalaya will not be responsible for any delay on account of problems of software, intemetconnectivity, payment gateway etc.

09. The required fee is to be deposited on line either through Net Banking / Debit card / Credit card.

10. Vishwavidyalaya has also arranged a help line 0771-2443929 for any enquiry regarding advertisement during allworking days between I l:00 am to 04:00 pm.

On appointment in any possible event, if the candidate intends to resign, he/she has to furnish 3 (three) monthprior notice to the authority, failing which, he/she has to deposit 3 (three) months' salary for acceptance of his/herrosignation. Selected candidates will be kept under the two years ofprobation.

12. In the event of non-availabiliq, or availability of in-sufficient number of eligible women candidates belonging toany particular category, the vacancies or as the case may be, the remaining vacancies shall be filled up by the malecandidate of that catesory.

13. The list of Eligible and Not-EIigible candidate will be available at Vishwavidyalaya website www,!ggg4{g.lg.Objections/claims (qfirl3ilqRI) regarding eligibility/non eligibility may be submitted through email/offline toRegistrar, lcKV, Raipur, alongwith supporting documents within l5 days of uploading of eligibility/noneligibility list. Objections/claims received after due date will not be considered. Final list of Eligible and Not-Eligible candidates will be uploaded on Vishwavidyalaya website w\dw.igau.edu.in.

14. The score of eligible candidates will be uploaded on Vishwavidyalaya website www.igau,edu.in.Objections/claims regalding marks obtained as per scorecard may be submitted through email/offline to RegistrarIGKV, Raipur within l5 days of uploading of scores. Objection/claims received after due will not be considered.

Final scorecard will be uploaded on Vishwavidyalaya website www. igau.edu.in.
