INVITATION TO CONCORDIA’S VOLUNTEER FAIR Thursday October 6th, 2016, 10 AM to 3 PM, EV Atrium

The Concordia LIVE Centre is thrilled to host Concordia’s 12th annual Volunteer Fair. Over 700 Concordia students visit the Volunteer Fair every year, making this a great opportunity for organization like yours to connect.

The Volunteer Fair aims to provide diverse volunteer opportunities to help students discover their volunteer passions. Registration process The Volunteer Fair has a certain number of spots for various causes. Registration for these spaces is on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you do not get a space you can be added to our waiting list.

We are pleased to once again hold this event free of charge.

Your engagement Make sure you are able to commit to:

• Set-up 9h45am, take-down 3:00 pm • Ensure that your table is staffed at all times during

the event • Provide your own tablecloth and signage • Cancel your reservation at least 5 working days in

advance of the fair

Note: Your engagement throughout the entire event is important. Organizations that do not fulfill this engagement will not receive an invitation to the following year’s Fair.
