Dear owners, consultants and civil engineers

We would like to invite you to our workshop «Design of Composite Tunnel Linings – A more cost effective and sustainable tunnel design» which will be held at the TechnoTunnel / Brünig Park, Lungern, on February 5th, 2020.

Workshop objectives: Share findings from research and investigations on composite shell linings (CSL) Present a composite loading model of CSL based on laboratory testing and

numerical analysis Present detailed design considerations for CSL Discussion and exchanging of points of view on composite lining design

Due to the fact that all our speakers are from different parts of Europe, the presentations and practical demonstrations will be given in the English language.

The workshop itself is free of charge.

If you need accommodation the night before we would be happy to book this for you at a cost of CHF 100.– including dinner.

Participants are required to bring their own safety vest, safety boots / shoes and helmets for the practical demonstration. Paper-coveralls, safety glasses, dust masks and gloves will be provided at the workshop.

We look forward to welcoming you to TechnoTunnel / Brünig Park

Kind regards
